We are a 501c3 organization working to save dogs from kill shelters. We update their medical care, including spay/neuter, and microchip with lifetime registration.
We strive to educate the public on proper care, the importance of training, and the long term commitment an animal is.
Our small group of core volunteers works to pull dogs from county pounds all over the midwest. Many of these pounds do not receive adequate funding to care for the large number of dogs they receive.
Once we pull dogs from a shelter, we vet them, update all vaccines, do a heartworm check, spay/neuter, and microchip. We also register the microchip. We treat monthly for fleas, and other parasites.
Due to space limitations, we do not accept owner surrenders. However, we will try to help find a rescue or shelter that has space. To inquire about placement, or adoption, please call 513 202-DOG1.
