All Dogs Come From Heaven Rescue and Outreach (ADCFH) is a dedicated non-profit 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization (EIN# 39-3309763).
Our Mission
We provide safe haven and loving, permanent families for dogs in need.
Rescue & Rehabilitation
Our dogs are primarily rescued from rural kill shelters across Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, and Indiana. We focus on saving dogs who are on an urgent euthanasia list, taking in as many as we can safely house and care for. We also accept owner surrenders when space allows.
All adoptable dogs receive comprehensive care at our adoption center:

Full Medical Vetting: All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, rabies, and are heartworm tested. They are spayed/neutered, receive necessary dental care, and get a full veterinary check-up.

Microchipping: Each dog is microchipped with complimentary lifetime registration.

Personalized Care: Dogs receive individual attention, are fed high-quality food, and are thoroughly socialized.
Our adoption center is located at 1894 Ohio Pike, Amelia, OH.
Adoption Fee
We strive to keep our adoption fees as low as possible, though the fee rarely covers the full cost of medical vetting. We offer a $50 discount for active military personnel and First Responders.
🤝 ADCFH Outreach Program
Launched in 2017, the ADCFH Outreach program provides essential support to the community and other animal welfare groups.
We provide much-needed, high-quality dog food and pet supplies FREE OF CHARGE to:

Rural shelters and other rescue groups

Foster networks and needy individuals

Homeless encampments
Additionally, we rapidly respond with pet supplies to areas affected by natural disasters. All outreach services are provided with no obligations or conditions attached.
